The job flow
- 1A paid order near you is broadcast as a job.
- 2You accept — and receive the pickup code.
- 3Collect from the vendor (they confirm your pickup code).
- 4Deliver; the customer gives you their collection code.
- 5Delivery confirmed — your fee is paid out automatically.
How you get paid
Every delivery fee is settled through Smile & Pay (ZB Bank). When the customer confirms delivery with their collection code, your fee is released automatically to your Smile & Pay merchant wallet — no invoicing, no waiting on manual approvals. An active Smile & Pay merchant account is required to partner with Delivo.
What you'll need
